The defendant shall be innocent.

2. In full view of the following circumstances found based on the evidence duly admitted and investigated by the court, the evidence submitted by the prosecutor alone violates the duty of care required for the Defendant to purchase the instant camera, etc.

It is difficult to readily conclude, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.

① When the Defendant purchased the instant camera, etc. from E, the Defendant prepared a certificate of heavy purchase, and the certificate of heavy and high purchase is copied.

The Defendant also asked the phone number of the cell phone to E, and the Defendant informed the Defendant of the contact number of his father instead of his cell phone because of the absence of a mobile phone, and the Defendant confirmed the phone to his father and confirmed that E is his father, and entered his contact number in the purchase certificate.
