Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On June 16, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court. On April 4, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for night-time building intrusion, larceny, etc. in the Daejeon District Court’s subdivision support. On January 30, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for night-time intrusion larceny and completed the execution of the final sentence on October 10, 2018.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Violence;
A. On May 12, 2020, the Defendant: (a) 01:30 on May 12, 2020, at “Ccafeteria” located in Seosan-si B, and (b) obstructed the victim D (n, 57 years of age) who is an employee, who is an employee.
