The Defendants: (a) from November 2, 2015 to 04:25 of the same day from around 03:15 to around 04:25 of the same day, as the victim E in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) Defendant A demanded the victim to calculate the drinking value and return home upon the end of the business hours; and (c) Defendant A is a large interest;
