1. 피고인 A 피고인은 2012. 9. 11. 00:20경 순천시 H에 있는 ‘I노래방’ 6번방에서 위 봉사모임 회원들과 술을 마시던 중, 모임 운영에 대해 불만을 갖고 소란을 피우는 피고인의 행위를 피해자 J(여, 52세)이 제지하며 피고인에게 노래방 밖으로 나갈 것을 권유하자 갑자기 양 손으로 피해자 J의 양 손을 붙잡아 비튼 후 피해자 J을 계단 아래로 밀쳐 넘어뜨리고, 피해자 K(47세)이 “형님 왜 이러십니까, 어서 갑시다.”라고 말하며 피고인을 제지하자 갑자기 주먹으로 피해자 K의 목과 등 부분을 약 6-7회 때리고, 계속하여 피고인을 제지하던 피해자 B(50세)의 왼쪽 손가락을 잡아 꺾고 발로 피해자 B의 왼쪽 다리 부분을 약 2회 걷어찼다.
