When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 12 million in the Daegu District Court on July 23, 2008 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On October 12, 2019, at around 22:15, the Defendant driven an Estststa car at a section of about 200 meters from the front of a restaurant in Daegu Dong-gu B to the front of the D apartment in the same Gu, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.041%.
