A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 2015, at around 18:35, the Defendant dialogueed with the victim D in order to unfavorable appraisal arising from a dispute with the victim D in Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Seoul on November 8, 2015.
