1. Basic facts

A. The “Tgu Dong-gu Lbi-gu Lba-gu Lba-gu Lba-gu 223 square meters, which was divided into the “Tba-gu Lba-gu 987 square meters,” the decedent of the other Defendants except Defendant A (hereinafter “Sba-gu Defendants”), was divided into the “Tgu Dong-gu Lba-gu Lba-gu 221 square meters, Mba-gu 38 square meters, Nba-gu 12 square meters (hereinafter “the instant real estate”) and the “T-gu U 466 square meters” (hereinafter “the instant real estate”) on July 26, 1937.

B. The remaining Defendants are the primary purport of the claim among the instant real estate.

On September 3, 1987, each share stated in paragraph is completed on September 20, 2012 by reason of property inheritance.

C. Defendant A completed the registration of ownership transfer for the instant real estate No. 1 on October 29, 2012 by the Daegu District Court, Daegu District Court, Daegu District Court, No. 49694, which was received on December 17, 2012, on the grounds of sale and purchase on October 29, 2012. 2. Judgment on the main claim

A. On July 16, 1937, the Coastal Repair Cooperative, the Plaintiff’s assertion telegraph, purchased 223 of the Ro-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 987, the land prior to the division of the instant real estate, in 1950, at KRW 50,000 (the currency at that time) for the purpose of collecting S River water and using it as the water line site for the supply of agricultural water to Daegu-gu T and U-do farmland, and then L. 23 square meters around that time.
