A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:00 on January 20, 2017, the Defendant tried to kill the part of the victim’s horse in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “C main office” before he reached the age of 54, but the Defendant showed the attitude of the victim as to the part of the victim’s horse, which was a dangerous object, and got back once the part of the victim’s head as a beer disease, and the victim gets off the head of the victim’s head as a beer disease, and gets off the victim’s head as a beer disease, and sustained the victim’s head at the same time with the victim’s head being 5 centimeters large.
