A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On April 22, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the attempted larceny of intrusion into night room in the Daegu District Court’s sexual branch, and was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for the attempted larceny at the Ulsan District Court on July 17, 2008; on March 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual night structure intrusion larceny at the Daegu District Court; on May 2, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court (the review against Busan District Court Decision 2011 High Court Order 749; Supreme Court Decision 749 Decided November 24, 2016), and completed the detention house on July 17, 2017.

[2] On April 1, 2018, the Defendant intruded the victim’s “E” restaurant operated by Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, a Daegu-gu, with an intention to steal property by using any cresh, and then opened a safe and discovered cash owned by the victim, but did not bring about an attempted attempt.

In addition, the Defendant, from around that time to June 2, 2018, stolen or attempted property owned by the victims on a total of four occasions in the same manner as the list of crimes in the attached Table, as in the same manner as the list of crimes.

As a result, the defendant was sentenced twice or more to the attempted larceny or larceny, and was habitually punished by larceny within three years after the execution of the sentence was completed.
