Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 11:40 on May 16, 2016, the Defendant laid the hand hand hand hand hand hand hand ( approximately 30 cm: 10 cm: : 10 cm) which is a dangerous object being kept under the custody of the Defendant on the books of the office while having a dispute with the victim D (the age of 60) and village problem at the "C Office" located in Jinjin-si B, and put the victim on the hand, and then, the Defendant got the victim at the time of the victim's head.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a dangerous article, and assaulted the victim.
