1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 16,365,39 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 22, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant (the major of the GG) employed the Plaintiff (the major of the GGG) while operating the DG in the GGC.
B. On September 29, 2007, E entered into a comprehensive motor vehicle insurance contract with Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the instant motor vehicle”) for F motor vehicles (hereinafter “the instant motor vehicle”).
C. At around 20:55 on March 13, 2008, G was involved in an accident that conflicts with the instant vehicle for E driving (hereinafter “instant accident”) while driving HObab in front of the Goobabababa in front of the Goobabababa at the time of 20:00, G suffered from the injury of the sludge salt that requires approximately four weeks’ treatment.
The Plaintiff did not inflict any injury on the Republic of Korea in the instant accident, and even though G did not have caused the instant accident, it was re-written on March 18, 2008. Samsung Fire filed a lawsuit seeking the return of the medical expenses paid in relation to the instant accident and the agreed amount, which had no causation (hereinafter “the prior lawsuit of this case”) with the Changwon District Court Heading to 2009Kadan7310, the Defendant B (the Plaintiff of this case) and A (the Plaintiff of this case) as a co-defendant (hereinafter “the prior lawsuit of this case”).
G. Samsung Fire, on November 19, 2013, refers to 20,608,498 won and 5% per annum from July 31, 2008 to November 19, 2013 to 20,608,498 won, jointly and severally, to the Plaintiff (the Plaintiff in this case).
