A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From February 18, 2013, the Defendant is a person who operates a brupted mag business exclusively for men with the trade name “D” from Asan-si C and 3 floors.

In spite of being prohibited from engaging in commercial sex acts as a broker for commercial sex acts, the Defendant: (a) installed the room 8, shower, one shower, one toilet, etc. in the pertinent “D” business establishment from February 18, 2013 to January 6, 2016; (b) hired E who is an employee of commercial sex acts; and (c) received KRW 110,000,000 from many unspecified male customers who find out in the same place of commercial sex acts including the price for commercial sex acts; (d) directed them of customers at a simple room; and (e) arranged commercial sex acts by having female employees of commercial sex acts engage in commercial sex acts after having them end the telegraph of male customers.
