A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 7, 2019, the Defendant, at around 22:45, 2019, committed assault and assault against the victim D (manam and 12 years of age) who was walking a path on the street in front of Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, by misunderstanding him/her that he/she saw himself/herself, and she saw him/herself as the victim, and tried to keep the victim’s her blick with his/her her hand when her her blick with his/her her blick and her blick at the road outside India by cutting off her her blick and pushing his/her blick with his/her her blick, and tried to her head and blick with her c

On December 7, 2019, from around 22:45 to 23:00, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim by assaulting the above D and making the victim and the customers take away several times, as stated in the above paragraph (1). However, the Defendant 1 interfered with the victim’s task by abusing the victim and the customers, and by force force the customers from using the said D any longer so that they could no longer use it, thereby obstructing the victim’s task.

3. 모욕 피고인은 2019. 12. 7. 23:00경 위 C 앞 노상에서 ‘어떤 학생이 맞고 있다’는 내용의 112신고를 접수하고 출동한 피해자인 계양경찰서 F지구대 소속 순경 G으로부터 신분증 제시 요구를 받았으나 이를 거부하면서 위 D, 위 D의 조부, 위 C를 방문하는 손님들, 그곳을 지나가는 행인 등이 지켜보는 가운데 “어이구, 씹할 어린놈의 새끼가 아주 고생하네. 88년생이잖아 개새끼야”라고 욕설하고, 위 피해자 G 및 현장 지원 차 출동한 같은 지구대 소속 피해자 경장 H, 피해자 순경 I에게 “이새끼 좆나 웃긴게 난 깠어. 나랑 둘이 있을 때 깠다니까. 나는 깠다고 씹할새끼들아”라고 큰소리로 욕설하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant is patently held.
