From October 27, 2000, the Plaintiff is a person who succeeds to the status of a general restaurant (hereinafter “instant restaurant”) in the name of “C” located in Busan-gu, Busan-gu.

On February 14, 2018, the Defendant received a civil petition from the Plaintiff that the instant restaurant is running in a place where no business license is granted, and confirmed the site on February 20, 2018.
