Punishment of the crime

(criminal Power) On July 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Youngju District Court’s Young-dong Branch on July 20, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 20, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Chungcheong Prison on May 10, 2016.

(Criminal Facts)

1. On September 28, 2018, the Defendant damaged the property by shocking a 200,000 won of a closed glass window, which is the victim’s market price, at the Cheongju-si Office B, on the ground that: (a) the Defendant demanded two of the Victim C’s house located in the Cheongju-si Office B, and only two of the days the Plaintiff was faced with, but did not comply with, the demand; (b) and (c) the Defendant did not comply with the demand, and (d) caused the damage.

2. The Defendant assaulted the victim’s body 2 to 3 tightly, on the ground that the victim C (n, 24 years old) was prevented from destroying the Defendant’s glass windows at the above time and place.

3. On September 28, 2018, the Defendant interfered with business affairs: (a) around 6:30 on September 28, 2018, at the emergency room of the E Hospital located in the Cheongju-si Office, the Defendant obstructed the affairs of receiving medical expenses for the victim’s E hospital for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, including where the Defendant was required to sign the “written confirmation of unpaid medical expenses” from the victim F, who had his/her staff members, on the “written confirmation of unpaid medical expenses,” and affixed a picture on the table, he/she obstructed the affairs of receiving medical expenses for the victim’s E hospital for about 30 minutes.

4. On November 18, 2018, around 4:40, 2018, the Defendant: (a) had a horse match between the victim H (18 years old); (b) the victim I (18 years old) and Kakakaox, a female-friendly person in front of the Defendant’s home located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu; and (c) had the victims find the Defendant.

The defendant cited a knife (blade length: 18cc., total length: 30cc.) which is a dangerous object that was kept in the house while the victims were suffering from the victim's face before their own house, while they were dissatisfied with each other, and knife and knife the victims.
