A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

921,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The above surcharge shall be equivalent to the surcharge.

Punishment of the crime

1. Receipt and delivery of psychotropic drug camphographs (hereinafter referred to as "copon");

A. From March 2018 to May 2, 2018, the Defendant received two single-use vaccination devices containing approximately 1.5g of philopon from a person with no personal injury in C’s neighboring street located in the prime city B, and received them.

B. From November 24, 2018 to October 12, 2018, the Defendant received one one of a disposable injection equipment, which contains approximately 0.1g of philopon, from F, within the F’s vehicle moving to the E-Medical Hospital located in the original city D, and received it.

2. The Defendant, who administered philophones, of August 2018, at the home of the Defendant’s office located in G in the original city between 07:00 and 08:00, the day from August 2018, 195

In addition, from May 22, 2019 to May 22, 2019, the administration of 0.2 gramopon, received as described in the paragraph, was administered in a way of injecting 0.2 gramopon into the arms using a single-use injection device, and from that time, the phiopon was administered at least nine times in total, as described in attached Table 1.

3. On October 2018, between 07:00 and 08:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana on seven occasions in total, as shown in the annexed Table 2, from that time, from the time when the Defendant smokes marijuana in the Defendant’s house-to-date on the front city-to-date (hereinafter referred to as “mariju”), by inserting tobacco in the paper of the Plaintiff’s house in the original city-to-date. The Defendant smoked marijuana at a total of seven occasions as indicated in the annexed list 2 of the crimes committed during the period from May 22, 2019.

4. The Defendant cultivated marijuana, from March 2, 2019 to May 22, 2019, cultivated three marijuana plants on the Defendant’s home rooftop located in G in the Republic of Korea, from March 2, 2019.
