Defendants shall be jointly and severally paid KRW 76,624,70,000, but Defendant B shall be the property inherited to the network C.

1. Determination as to the claim against Defendant A

(a) Indication of claims: Each description of the causes for claims and the changed causes of claims; and

(b) Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);

2. Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings in each of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including a branch number) as to the claims against defendant B, the above report is accepted on June 24, 2010 by filing a report on the grounds for the attachment, the changed reasons for the claim, and the fact that the defendant B, who is a substitute heir of the deceased C, filed a report on the re-approval of succession under the Incheon District Court 2010 Dodan1138.

Therefore, Defendant B is jointly and severally liable to pay KRW 76,624,704, out of the money recognized as such under paragraph (1) of the above 1 to Defendant A within the scope of the property inherited from the network C. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim against Defendant B is with merit.
