Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant demanded to transfer the said steel tower to mountain, on the ground that, at the site of the second quarter electric transmission line construction in the 345kV North Korean War, the victim C, located in the Gyeongbuk-gun, was executed by the Defendant, if electromagnetic waves occur because the steel tower in the construction is too high to the Defendant’s residence, and that the sale and purchase of real estate is not good due to the occurrence of cancer.

1. The number of excavation work of the above victims who are sitting in front of a soft season during the excavation work from 07:00 to 10:00 on July 28, 2013;
