1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2014, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened and opened a Maz vehicle owned by the victim D, which was parked on the front road of Daegu Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu; and (b) cut down KRW 10,000 in cash owned by the victim who was kept in custody of the chief object.

2. At around 09:45 on October 16, 2014, the Defendant, who attempted robbery, was released from the victim G, which was parked on the front road of the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, in order to open a driver’s seat of the vehicle and to search for stolen objects by entering the driver’s seat of the vehicle.

피고인은 피해자에게 붙잡혀 약 7m 떨어진 피해자의 사무실로 따라갔다가 한 번만 용서해 달라고 사정함에도 피해자가 사무실 전화로 경찰에 신고하려고 하자 2회에 걸쳐 전화를 끊어버리고, 피해자가 다시 신고 전화를 하려고 하자 피해자에게 ‘씨발 놈아. 잘못했다고 캤잖아. 한 번만 봐달라고 했는데 와 카노’라고 말하면서 사무실 문을 가로막고 있던 피해자의 몸을 주먹으로 때려 반항을 억압하고 밖으로 도망갔으나 약 5m 도망가다가 피해자에게 붙잡히자 피해자의 멱살을 잡아 땅바닥에 넘어뜨리고 피해자와 몸싸움을 하였다.
