A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) driven on September 17, 2018 and on September 17, 2018, the Defendant driven a freight vehicle of B in a state where normal driving is difficult due to alcohol concentration of 0.148%, and proceeds from Daejeon from the direction of Daejeon 279.2 km away from the direction of Daejeon High Road located in the Seocho-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving the above cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol on the roads indicated in paragraph 1 located approximately 20 kilometers away from the roads near the apartment parking lot in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and the date and time specified in paragraph 1.
