1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff and B entered into a contract with the Plaintiff to purchase land together and carry out land development projects and distribute profits therefrom.

B. The Plaintiff and B’s purchase of land from C, D, E, F, G, and H (1) on September 9, 2003: C, D, E, F, G, and H (hereinafter “C et al.”)

The land transaction permission area shall be located in the Daejeon Seo-gu J 559 square meters (hereinafter “J land”) located in the area where the land transaction permission is granted to the person, and the land shall be indicated only below the same time when indicating the land.

(2) On December 12, 2003, the Plaintiff and B purchased J land and 1,673 square meters of K forest (the above land was divided into 1,489 square meters of K forest and 184 square meters of L forest and 1,489 square meters of land, on March 19, 2007; hereinafter the same shall apply) from 1,673 square meters of K forest and 5 other than C on December 12, 2003.

The Plaintiff and B agreed to trust the registration name of each of the above lands to the wife M.

3) After that, according to the interim omission registration agreement between the Plaintiff, B, I, and C, and five other, I completed the registration of ownership transfer of J land and K land in the M on May 10, 2004. (c) The Plaintiff and B, et al., sold 610 square meters prior toO and 886 square meters of P forest to 5, Sept. 9, 2003, and the Plaintiff and 5, et al. sold each of the above lands to N on April 19, 2004, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed from I to N on May 6, 2004 in accordance with the interim omission registration agreement between I, C, and 5, and N.

2) The Plaintiff and B were divided from N on May 9, 2005 into 610 square meters prior toO [the above land was divided into Q241 square meters prior to Q2 on March 19, 2007 (hereinafter “ Q241 square meters”). The land category of the remaining land was changed as the land category was changed, and the land category was combined with L factory site of 184 square meters and Rant 106 square meters, and an O large 659 square meters was combined.

In hereinafter referred to as "O land", the O large of 659 square meters shall be "O land".

[2] The following facts are established: P forest land is divided into 886 square meters (the above land is divided into 780 square meters of P forest land and 106 square meters of R forest land on March 19, 2007; P forest land is 780 square meters of forest land; and P land is hereinafter “P land

purchase, and to M, each of the above lands.
