A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Of the facts charged in this case, the victim B and the victim C are the victims of August 18, 2018.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On August 29, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Chemicals Control Act at the Seoul Southern District Court (hereinafter “Seoul Southern District Court”) and completed the execution of the said sentence on October 21, 2017.
