Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 28, 2016, from around 19:00 to around 22:40, Defendant A aided the relocation of D’s gambling by collecting money from his mother and people, taking charge of the role of collecting money from his mother and people, and distributing the money in cash depending on the plaque, and collecting KRW 50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, from among the waste factories located in Seosan-si, Seosan-si, a total of 52:40,000.
2. Defendant B
A. Stambling Defendant and E, F, and G engaged in gambling at the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, and at the place to cover 300,000 won and 500,000 won for each fighting match, and engaged in gambling by means of receiving distribution, except for 20% of those who participated in the match, to pay for gambling opening books and cash collection books from among those who participated in the match.
