The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Although the Defendant appealed on the ground that it was too unreasonable for the Defendant to be sentenced to punishment (eight months) of the lower court, in light of all the sentencing conditions indicated in the records of this case and the theory of changes, including the fact that the amount acquired by the Defendant from the damaged person was considerably large, the Defendant was unable to repay the damage up to the present day, and the victim was willing to be punished against the Defendant, the lower court did not recognize that the sentence imposed on the Defendant for the reasons indicated in its reasoning is too unreasonable.

Since the appeal by the defendant is groundless, it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
