Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2018, at around 06:36, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (75 years of age) who is one of the security guards in front of the Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul building security room and the building security-related issues, such as making the victim go beyond the victim’s brush by hand while making the fire brush.
