A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant posted a letter on the “C” on a commercial sex acts website, employed 8 women, such as D and E, who reported and contacted the said advertisement as a commercial sex acts. The Defendant leased Gel 808 and 909 in Daejeon U.S. F., and had the Pot Sea and the diesel, etc. at all times.

The Defendant posted in the “C” of the commercial sex acts website, a written advertisement, including the body, age, etc. of sexual traffic women, and a mobile phone number for the Defendant’s brokerage of commercial sex acts, in which the Defendant reported and contacted the above written advertisement, and received sexual sex trafficking payment, and had the intent to arrange sexual intercourse with the sexual sex trafficking women.

On June 28, 2016, around 20:0, the Defendant received 1.40,000 won for sexual traffic from H with which the Defendant reported the advertisement writing, and assisted the Defendant to do sexual intercourse with E and sexual intercourse, as well as arranging to do so. From April 2, 2016 to June 20, 2016, the Defendant paid 13-150,000 won for sexual traffic to 305,00 won for sexual traffic.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
