Punishment of the crime

1. Around February 24, 2014, at the office located on the 9th floor of the Gu C building, the Defendant, using a computer, sent the body photo of the victim B (the age of 38) by accessing the Internet Ddongbook “E” bulletin board, and referring to the body photo of the victim B (the age of 38) by using the computer, and drawn up and posted a written statement “Wanna Lin Lhoking Carp et al., referring to the mouth that the Defendant wishes to prompt gender)” and sent it to the victim.

2. 모욕의 점 피고인은 2014. 2. 24. 13:33경부터 14:04경까지 위 사무실에서, 제1항 기재와 같이 피고인이 게시한 “wanna lick ur carpet”이라는 댓글을 읽은 피해자가 이에 항의하는 댓글을 작성하여 게시하자 위 게시판에 연달아 “공부좀하시던가!! 자기몸매 과시하지 말지 그러셨어욧 ㅋㄱ 무식한거 티나자나욧!”, “얼굴 값하고 계시네욧! (중략) 한국말 못 알아드시는 거 보니 한국말도 모르시나보네요”라는 댓글을 게시하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
