A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall order the completion of the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. At around 12:00 on March 14, 2016, the Defendant, while having sexual intercourse with the victim E (n.e., 38 years of age), taken pictures against the victim’s body against his/her will by setting up his/her smartphones on the part of the victim’s body, taking pictures of sexual intercourse with the victim, and using a camera or other similar device with similar function.

B. On March 15, 2016, at around 12:00, the Defendant, while having sexual intercourse with the victim E on March 15, 2016, set up his/her smartphones on the part of the victim, and taken pictures of the victim’s sexual intercourse with the victim’s sexual intercourse with the victim, using a camera or other similar device with similar function to take pictures of his/her sexual intercourse with the victim, and taken the body of another person against his/her will that may cause sexual humiliation or shame.

2. The Defendant attempted to take the face value of sexual intercourse with the victim E in a video image at the time, at a place under paragraph (1) at the time, at the same time, and paragraph (1) of this Article, and to use it to take money from the victim. On March 16, 2016, the Defendant attempted to take money from the victim by threatening the victim by sending a message to the victim to the effect that “I would raise the above video and photograph on the victim’s surrounding people and the Internet if I would lend 15 million won to the victim,” while the Defendant attempted to take money from the victim by threateninging the victim by sending the victim a message to the effect that “I would raise the above video and photograph on the victim’s Internet if I would not lend it to the victim.”
