A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 00:30 on June 6, 2020, the Defendant: (a) sent and received the instant PC message from CPC located in Busan High-gu, Busan High-gu; (b) and (c) prior to the age of 29, the Defendant sought the said PC; (d) sought the victim who was seated and was playing the game one time in his hand; (b) continued to look at the victim’s head at the victim’s head; and (c) caused the victim’s damage to the parking lot in the Fbank located in the same Gu E, which was located outside of the area of the neighboring people; and (d) assaulted the victim by having the victim sealed the victim’s title by hand over his hand.

2.
