Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 21, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven a Blux car on July 21, 2020, driving the Blux car, leading to the first line road in front of Busan in Seocheon-si, the first line road was driven from the original IIC room to the debris.

At the time, there was another vehicle driving ahead of the defendant's driving direction, and thus, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to prevent the accident in advance by accurately manipulating the front side and the left side and the right side, and driving safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in neglecting his/her duty to e-mail while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.076% and proceeding as they were, and due to the Defendant’s negligence, received the back part of the victim D(the age of 57) E-city bus driving in front of the Defendant’s proceeding direction as the front part of the passenger vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from each injury, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim D due to such occupational negligence, and the victim F (F) who is an urban bus passenger, such as salt, tension, etc., of the franchis that require approximately three weeks of treatment to the victim G (50 years of age) who is an urban bus passenger, for approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim G (50 years of age) who is an urban bus passenger, including salt, tension, tension, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim H (62 years of age).

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) driving a B-Skn vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.076% from the section of approximately 1.5 km to the place specified in paragraph 1, from the front of the original spon-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as the “Seoul Special Metropolitan City Road Act”) at the time and time set forth in paragraph 1.
