Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants: (a) around the beginning of January 2013, Defendant B and the victim E, who had been aware of for a long time with Defendant B, have been imported from the part of Russia by being engaged in the work in F; and (b) have made an investment in the import business, and (c) have to pay a large amount of profit.
While proposing to make an investment of KRW 300 million, the victim accepted the proposal of the Defendants and prepared an investment of KRW 300 million, the Defendants cannot prepare for the next victim in kind.

Nevertheless, the Defendants deceptioned the victims as above and received KRW 100 million in cash from the victims on February 13, 2013 as the name of funds and operating expenses for the establishment of a branch office on the horse site.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to deception the victim's property by deceiving the victim.
2. The Defendants: (a) around March 13, 2013, at the mutual influent restaurant located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Station, and (b) during the last month, the victim lent KRW 100,000 to KRW 20,000; (c) the victim’s share was 4,50,000,000; and (d) the horse site was related to the horse site, as agreed by the victim.
