A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 15, 2018, at around 06:10, the Defendant reported the urine at the entrance of the toilet "D station" located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant was at the victim E ( South and 21 years old) and the vision of the urine, and caused the Defendant to injure the victim's left side, and sustained the victim's face with approximately three weeks of treatment.
