A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On January 4, 2014, at around 10:00, the Defendant driven C Poter truck at a section of about 100 meters from the front side of the Sincheon-si Road located in front of the Korea Communications University, which is automatic in Chuncheon-si, without obtaining a driver's license.

1. Report on the circumstances of unregistered driving, and application of the Act and subordinate statutes to the ledger of driver's licenses;

Article 152 subparagraph 1 of the relevant Act concerning the crime and Articles 152 and 43 of the Road Traffic Act (or choice of imprisonment in consideration of the fact that the defendant has committed the crime of this case even though he/she was punished by a fine due to driving without permission several times);

1. Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act on the suspension of execution (including the fact that the distance of driving is not long and that the distance of driving is against each other);

1. Probation and community service order under Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act;
