All appeals filed by the prosecutor against the Defendants are dismissed.

In light of all the sentencing conditions shown in the records and arguments of this case, even if the Defendants were to use subsidies for purposes other than their original purposes, it is not recognized that the lower court’s sentence imposed on the Defendants is too uneased and unreasonable on the grounds that the sentence imposed on the Defendants is too uneasible.

Since the appeal against the Defendants by the prosecutor is groundless, all of the appeals are dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
