A. B. On December 4, 2017, the Defendant confirmed the Plaintiff’s state of disability through the Integrated Review Committee, and rendered a determination of class 3 of the disability grade (hereinafter “instant disposition”) to the Plaintiff.

C. The Plaintiff filed a request for examination with the Defendant, but the Defendant rendered a decision to dismiss the Plaintiff’s request on April 17, 2018.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. The plaintiff's assertion that the defendant's disability grade Nos. 5 of the disability grade for the loss less than the plaintiff's left elbow, for the function disability of the right blue Section, No. 12 of the disability grade for the right blue Section, No. 8 of the disability grade for the function disability of the right blue Section, No. 10 of the disability grade for the right blue Section, and the right blue 7 of the disability grade for each loss of the right blue and the right blue.
