Punishment of the crime

From October 1, 2002, Defendant A is the president in charge of strategic tasks of U Group (CSO, Whitey Officer, the highest strategic officer) from October 1, 2002, and has overall control over the implementation of core strategic tasks of the Group, the merger and acquisition of affiliates, the sale of major assets of affiliates, and the purchase and sale of major investment tasks of the affiliate.
