1. The defendant shall receive KRW 265,000,000 from the plaintiff and at the same time real estate stated in the attached list to the plaintiff.

According to the statements in Gap's evidence Nos. 1 through 6 and the appraiser's appraisal result, it can be recognized that the facts stated in the grounds for the claim in the attached Form and the market price of real estate listed in the attached Form as of November 22, 2017 is 265 million won.

Therefore, at the same time, the defendant is obliged to receive KRW 265 million from the plaintiff, and at the same time, to take procedures for the registration of ownership transfer on November 22, 2017 for the real estate stated in the attached list to the plaintiff, and to deliver the said real estate to the plaintiff.
