Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at the Daejeon District Court on February 1, 2007, was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of road traffic laws (driving), a fine of three million won for a violation of road traffic laws (driving), a crime of violation of road traffic laws at the Daejeon District Court on November 2, 201, and a crime of violation of road traffic laws at the Daejeon District Court on September 26, 2008, two years of suspended sentence in the period of eight months, one year of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic laws (driving), and six months of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic laws at the Daejeon District Court on August 27, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daejeon District Court on September 28, 2017.

2. Criminal facts are those who are engaged in driving of C-wing and high cargo vehicles.

On June 25, 2018, the Defendant driven the above cargo while under the influence of alcohol of 0.248% in blood without obtaining a driver's license for a motor vehicle on June 18, 2018, and proceeded along the two-lanes of the five-lanes between E hospital surface and E hospital surface in the front of Daejeon Seosung-gu.
