Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2018, the Defendant conspireds with the false statement via B Messen, and made him/her false statement that he/she would misrepresent himself/herself as if he/she was a mobile phone message, or would have him/her borrow money by leaving a telephone, thereby inducing him/her to remit money to the account of the large passbook. The Defendant, while keeping the access media connected to his/her bank account from many people, he/she conspireds with the Defendant to acquire money by means of deceiving the large number of people and remitting the money when he/she was paid to the account of each of the above large passbook, by withdrawing the money when he/she was deposited into the account of the above large passbook, but by dividing it into the bank account designated by the false statement.
