Text
1. The defendant will implement the procedure for cancellation registration of the registration of the right to claim ownership transfer registration, which was completed on May 28, 2004 by the Seoul District Court No. 39538, regarding the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the non-party leB.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

The same shall apply to the order.
