피고인은 아들인 B, C과 공모하여, 2013. 2. 2. 16:40경 부산 부산진구 D소재 E빌딩 2층 ㈜F화장품 사무실 내에서, 피해자 G에게 피고인은 민사 판결문을 내보이면서 '야이 개자식아. 사기꾼 새끼야. 돈 내놔라. 판결문이 폼으로 있나. 빨리 돈 가지고 와라. 조폭을 붙여서 본때를 보이겠다.'라고 욕을 하고, C 및 B은 양손으로 피해자를 꼼짝 못하도록 어깨를 누르는 등 위력을 과시하는 방법으로 약 1시간 동안 피해자의 화장품 영업관리 업무를 방해하였다.
