1. The plaintiff A:
A. Defendant D’s KRW 33,00,000 and for this, KRW 16.9% per annum from November 15, 2013 to July 2, 2015.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The relevant Plaintiffs are both parties, and Defendant D is the Plaintiff’s husband and wife, Defendant D is the Plaintiff’s punishment, Defendant E is the Plaintiff’s husband and wife, Defendant C is the mother of Defendant E, Defendant G is between Defendant E and 2007 to 2008, and Defendant F is a person in a de facto marital relationship with Defendant G.
B. The Plaintiffs, such as the details of remittance, as shown in attached Table 2, are 179,175,000 won in total to the bank accounts in the name of Defendant E, F, and Plaintiff B (Defendant D) from July 19, 201 to May 28, 2013, as shown in attached Table 2.

C. Defendant C and Defendant E completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 10, 2008 with respect to the instant real estate on the grounds of sale on May 22, 2008, and concluded the instant sales contract with Defendant C on April 3, 2013, and completed the registration of ownership transfer to Defendant C on April 26, 2013.
Defendant D and E’s Notarial Deed No. 1) On June 12, 2013, Defendant D drafted and issued to the Plaintiff a notarial deed of monetary loan agreement with the following contents. Defendant D borrowed KRW 33,00,000 to the Plaintiff on October 5, 201. Interest rate shall be 16.9% per annum. Defendant D shall pay 950,509 won per annum from July 1, 2013 to June 1, 2017, with the interest rate of KRW 48 installment payments, from July 1, 2013 to June 1, 2017. When Defendant D delays the payment of installment payments on three or more occasions, Defendant E lost the benefit of time and immediately repay the remainder of the debt amount. 2) Defendant E prepared a notarial deed with the following terms and conditions of a notarial deed to the Plaintiff on June 12, 2013:
Defendant E borrowed KRW 153,00,000 to Plaintiff A on June 12, 2013.
Defendant E shall be KRW 153,00,000.
