A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

After employing a female who is an solar state, such as B (n, 21 years old) and C (n, 23 years old), the Defendant saw with the female who is an solar state and the female who intends to engage in sexual traffic through smartphone hosting D, 'E', etc., and attempted to arrange sexual traffic in a way that the Defendant took place with the female who is the string state, such as military mountain, Dosan-si, Jeonju-si, and the accommodation facilities, such as the lodging facilities, studs, and ordinary houses, etc. of the former North Korean Do, such as the Sinsan-si, Do, Jeonju-si, etc., and then divide the sex trafficking into 7:3.
