A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a low-priced car.

1. On May 8, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), the Road Traffic Act (dless driving) and the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (drawing bodily injury) operated a motor vehicle with the above-mentioned low-speed car with the alcohol content of 0.093% under the influence of alcohol without a driver’s license on May 8, 2017, and made the said high-speed car turn to the left at an insular speed of the two-lane road of the above apartment road, which is located at the 4th 139 U.S., Busan Metropolitan City’s articles of incorporation, according to the two-lane road of the above apartment road, which is located on the side of the apartment.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act, as stated in the same date and at the same place, operated the said low-speed car, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, on the road.
