1. Basic facts

B. (tentative) On October 31, 201, the committee for promotion of a regional housing association (tentatively named E; hereinafter referred to as the “instant committee for promotion”) concluded an agency contract (hereinafter referred to as the “instant agency contract”) with the Defendant with the content that the Plaintiff, who entered into an agency contract between the committee for promotion of a regional housing association and the Defendant, was an organization at the preceding stage prior to obtaining authorization to establish a regional housing association under the Housing Act.

The main Article 1 (Scope of Contract) of the instant agency contract is to act on behalf of the Plaintiff for all the affairs ordered by the Plaintiff, and to prepare this contract under mutual agreement.

(1) Among the affairs of a housing association, other affairs except referral services for joining the association members shall be performed by the defendant on his/her behalf.

Article 3 (Vicarious Execution Fee) The agency fee of this Agreement is part of the essential items of the project cost (including service cost) and the plaintiff and the defendant.
