Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a company that carries on trucking transport business and enters into an entrustment contract with the plaintiff.
B. On April 2014, the Plaintiff introduced the Defendant and drafted a contract for the transfer of vehicle rights (i) the Plaintiff’s entry into a contract for the transfer of the Plaintiff’s vehicle rights, and (ii) on April 22, 2014, the details of the advertisements posted by the Plaintiff on the E Company website at the time when F was posted by phone call to D to report the sales advertisement of the cargo vehicles posted by D. The details of the advertisements posted by D are as follows.
Around April 22, 2014, F introduced G, the representative director of the Defendant, to the Plaintiff, around April 22, 2014, the day when the Plaintiff entered into an entrustment contract with the Defendant on the day when: (a) the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the transfer of the right to a vehicle with the Plaintiff on the following day; (b) the Plaintiff made a contract for the transfer of the right to a vehicle on the day when the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the transfer of the right to a vehicle with the Defendant on April 22, 2014 on the day when the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the transfer of the right to a vehicle: (c) the monthly payment of KRW 22 million working hours during the day from the luminous to the port of call; (d) the subsidy; and (d) the additional tax payment of KRW 250,000,000,000,000,000.
(hereinafter “instant transfer contract”). 5) On April 25, 2014, the Plaintiff paid an additional amount of KRW 5 million to the Defendant. (c) On April 28, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into an entrustment contract and a vehicle registration 1) with the Defendant on April 28, 2014.
