The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal did not err by misapprehending the facts charged in this case, even though the Defendant did not inflict injury upon E as of August 4, 2015, the lower court found the Defendant guilty of the facts charged.

2. Determination on the grounds for appeal

A. On August 4, 2015, at around 01:50, the Defendant, without any reason, sustained the victim’s head part of the victim E (the age of 56) who drinks alcohol at the place of Bupyeong-gu Incheon, namely, a dangerous object of the victim E (the age of 56). In other words, the Defendant, without any reason, sustained the victim’s injury that the victim could not know the number of days of treatment.

B. The judgment of the court below and the court below acknowledged the following circumstances based on the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below, namely, ① the victim E escaped from each item.
