Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 500,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Cheongju District Court Support on May 16, 2008, and a person who was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million in the same court on December 18, 2013 by the same crime in the same court.

[Criminal facts] On October 7, 2015, the Defendant driven a Espo-type car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.066% alcohol concentration at the 1km section from the front of a mutually influent restaurant located in the Cheongcheon-si, Cheongcheon-si to the front day of the same Seo-dong.
