A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:40 on January 27, 2016, the Defendant, at the D Company's office operated by the Defendant in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 1 level, Defendant’s friendship E, the victim F (41 years old), the employees of the above office, and the victim’s friendship G with the victim’s friendship, Nonparty E, who had a dispute with the victim, went out of E, the victim was able to have the victim be able to undergo the disturbance while the victim was able to undergo the disturbance, and the victim was faced with the main part of the victim’s disease, which is a dangerous object that was the trustee of the above office, and caused damage to the victim’s hair that requires two medical treatment for about 14 days.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
