Summary of Facts charged

1. Defendant D, in the position of the Defendants and related persons, was appointed as the E Navy, was in office as the Head of the Maritime Police Agency (hereinafter “Chief of the Maritime Police Agency”) through the Head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Head of the Maritime Headquarters, the Head of the Maritime Headquarters, etc., and was assigned to the MaritimeM.

Defendant

C held office as the Director General of the Navy (hereinafter referred to as the “K”) from N toO, and the Defendant A was in service as the Director General of the K division of the Navy in the Navy from R to S, and was in service as U Navy Q. The Defendant B served as the Director General of the Defense Acquisition Program Administration’s W X Team Y from V to U, and was in service as the ZA.

On the other hand, AB served as the Navy T of the Navy from AC to AD and as the department in charge of AE as the active service Navy, and has served as the officer in charge of X Team A of the Defense Acquisition Program Administration up to now.

AB was prosecuted for detention at the general military court of the Ministry of National Defense on May 14, 2015, and on November 27, 2015, the above court sentenced one year of imprisonment.

2. Progress of the AH helicopter project;

A.
